Affirmations of Wellness is a wellness center located at 713 Mission Ave., Ste A in Downtown Oceanside.   They offer yoga, massage, Reiki, and cold-pressed juices.

Owner Corynne Smith, a licensed massage therapist, registered yoga instructor, and Reiki master practitioner, believes that our bodies operate more as a garden to be cultivated than a car to be fixed. Healing emerges when we support and strengthen our connections—uniting our mind, body, behavior, social, and spirit.

Reiki is an energy healing that involves palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient to encourage emotional or physical healing.
