A billing transition for waste and recycling services for Oceanside residents and businesses is occurring in April/May 2023.  Customers will now receive their bill directly from Waste Management (WM).  The first bill will be pro-rated to include a portion of April, and the full month of May, so may be slightly higher. The June bill will reflect your regular billed amount.

Please Note:  WM is aware there have been some issues with their WM direct bill reflecting an incorrect cart size.  They are working to correct this, and customers with incorrect cart charges will be credited.
