RE:BEACH is Oceanside's coastal resilience project, which is generating solutions from global experts on the retention of sand along Oceanside's coast.
The third and final community workshop will take place on Wednesday, December 13 at the Junior Seau Beach Recreation Center between 4-7 p.m. Parking lot fees in the lots nearest the Center will be waived for the meeting (Betty's lot and the lot directly behind the Center).
Three teams will return with final designs for your viewing. A jury will then recommend one project to be presented to the City Council in January. The final approved pilot project will move directly in to engineering and permitting phases. To learn more, please visit the project webpage.
