The City's Housing and Neighborhood Services Department is announcing the funding availability (NOFA) of approximately $6 million in its local financial resources and approximately 50 Project Based Vouchers (PBVs) and 30 HUD VASH vouchers to create new affordable rental housing for lower-income households (up to 80% of the Area Median Income) in Oceanside.  The City/OHA anticipates awarding one or more contracts through this solicitation. Application submittals must be complete and in compliance with all the specified application requirements set forth in the NOFA solicitation documents.
