The City's Housing and Neighborhood Services Department is announcing the funding availability (NOFA) of approximately $6 million in its local financial resources and approximately 50 Project Based Vouchers (PBVs) and 30 HUD VASH vouchers to create new affordable rental housing for lower-income households (up to 80% of the Area Median Income) in Oceanside. The City/OHA anticipates awarding one or more contracts through this solicitation.
