After much anticipation, the Oceanside Public Library will celebrate the opening of the newly renovated Civic Center Library Courtyard, located at 330 N. Coast Highway. The celebration will take place on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., and will feature light refreshments; children’s activities; and performances by guitarist Danny Gali of Oceanside Cultural Arts Foundation’s Oceanside Music Fest; youth musicians Xander Cruz, Juaquin Garcia, and Noe Garcia of Coastal Music Studios; dancer Vika Stansky-Hernandez; and Maria Vergara of Oceanside READS Learning Center, sharing original poetry.  No RSVP needed. 

Visitors to the courtyard space will find an expansive venue with a newly constructed stage to host a myriad of artistic performances; new landscaping and seating, along with other decorative touches and improved lighting.
