The Estate Sale Warehouse was established in 1994 to provide a service for purchasing unwanted estate items.  They purchase complete or partial estates and household goods, including furniture, antiques, cars, and real estate.  They offer fair prices for second-hand goods and promote recycling.

The business initially occupied half of the original building, about 1,500 SF.  Over the years, it has expanded six times to its current size of approximately 14,000 SF, with 12,000 SF showrooms across four buildings on S. Coast Hwy.
