The Civic Center and Mission Branch Libraries are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Mission Branch Library is open Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the Civic Center Library is closed. The John Landes Community Center Library is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Public computers are available for use for two hours per day per person. Printing, faxing, scanning and copying are available. Service is provided by phone at 760-435-5600 during hours of operation.

All Library Locations will be closed Thursday, January 1, 2026 for New Year's Day.
