Teen Partners

Are you a high school student between 14 and 18 years old? Are you interested in volunteering at the Library? If so, join the Teen Partners to gain work experience, get your community service credits, or just help out at Library programs. Make new friends! Be an active member of your community.

Teen Partners may volunteer in-person or virtually.

Fill out the Library Volunteers application online here. Our Human Resources Department will be in contact with your for next steps! 

Earn community service hours by:

1. Attending Teen Library Events
2. Signing up for in-library shifts to assist Library staff. Tasks may include organizing books, cleaning public toys, maintaining the Seed Library, and more!

Teen Internships

Teens in 10th-12th grade are eligible for an internship at the Library. We are not currently accepting applications for interns at this time, but please check this space and the Library's Instagram page @oceansidelibrary for hiring information!
